NAHA CERTIFIED HALAL MENU
The best meat experience of your life, for the world.
Thank you for dining with us today.
The aroma of the sear, the wagyu sushi, that bite of filet katsu slider——
while it’s still fresh, just a few words about how you feel.
The best meat experience of your life, for the world.
Halal Yakiniku Course 《清 -sei-》, certified to the standards
of NAHA (Nippon Asia Halal Association).
Centered on carefully selected halal wagyu yakiniku,
the course also features our signature dishes —
wagyu sushi, filet katsu sliders, and wagyu clay-pot rice.
“Sei” means purity and clarity. We named this course
with one wish: that guests from around the world
can enjoy the best meat experience of their lives,
with complete peace of mind.
Namul
House-made namul.
Seared Wagyu Sashimi
Only the surface is seared, locking in the flavor. Enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture of the lean meat, together with the smoky aroma of the sear and truffle soy sauce.
Filet Katsu Slider
A bite-sized wagyu filet cutlet sandwich, fried in dedicated oil. Enjoy the contrast between the crisp coating and the tenderness of the lean meat.
Wagyu Sushi
Seared with an open flame right before your eyes. Enjoy it warm, the moment it’s hand-pressed, for a perfect harmony with the vinegared rice.
Halal Wagyu Grand Platter
Filet, brisket, skirt steak, and rib loin. Grill each cut yourself, to your preferred doneness.
Wagyu Truffle Sukiyaki-Shabu
A sukiyaki-style shabu-shabu, quickly simmered in our house-made broth. Finished with truffle, to savor long after the last bite.
Halal Wagyu Clay-Pot Rice
Even the aroma released the moment the lid is lifted is part of the feast. Wagyu and fragrant herbs mingle with every freshly steamed grain.
Today’s Soba
A light, cleansing bowl to close the meal.
House-Made Cheesecake & Seasonal Gelato
A recipe passed down in the owner’s family, still made by hand.
Tea
Take your time to savor the afterglow of the meal.

“What the restaurant across the street taught us.”
Just across the street from our restaurant is a halal establishment. Since we opened ten years ago, seeing the owner’s family and staff there day after day has taught us — not from books, but as people — what halal truly means, and how deeply important dietary practice can be to someone’s life.
That soy sauce can contain alcohol. That even a single piece of kitchen equipment requires careful attention. These were things we never would have noticed from a book alone.
Dietary rules aren’t mere restrictions — they’re a reflection of how someone chooses to live. To respect a person’s dietary practice is, we believe, to respect their life. We wanted to bring the best meat experience of a lifetime to as many people as possible, across differences of religion and culture. That is the pure intention behind the name “Sei.”
